The check-in process was easy and the employees were friendly. The room had climate control, multi-channel television, and a fridge, making the stay comfortable. The location of the hotel was incredible and stunning. The service provided was excellent and there was free Wi-Fi available throughout the property.

Location: the hotel was so close to the United States, and fort. Both rooms we booked were cheap and spotless with the coffee, microwave and a rollaway bed.

There were earwigs crawling on the walls. And I got double charged for the room. Witch I don't think is right. I paid it on here then when I got there I was made to pay it again. Someone needs to give me my money back that wasn't right.

The rooms here are affordable and peaceful, each equipped with a bathtub, and the bed was cozy during my overnight stay.

The hotel is in a quiet area close to downtown. The rooms are brand new and spacious, equipped with climate control, TV with several channels, and a fridge. It is conveniently located near restaurants, the fort, main street shopping, and the bridge/beach. There are plenty of food options within walking distance from the hotel.

The location was great. The beds were comfortable and I slept well.

The staff is critical of how customers complain about the property to them. Staff reported the Mackinac Bridge, which is the main attraction the area, is stupid. I was never informed of breakfast in the lobby. The room wasn't clean in detail areas. The beds were clean. The property is dated and needs paint, decor and hardware updates. Still has a tube TV!
